The design is very identical to the OnePlus 11, yet the OnePlus 12 is expected to include numerous modifications and enhancements. Among the modifications are a new textured back and the return of the Alert Slider, which has been relocated to the phone’s left side and now includes an integrated antenna.

According to OnePlus, this would assist “deliver an enhanced antenna performance for gaming” by increasing signal by 3dB and decreasing latency by 15%.

The Alert Slider, which lets users toggle between ring, vibration, and quiet modes, is a popular feature among OnePlus users. It was supposedly removed from the OnePlus 10T last year to make room for additional components. It wasn’t a popular decision, and the corporation now appears to be altering its tune. The OnePlus Open debuted with an Alert Slider earlier this year, and it appears that the feature has been revived for the flagship non-folding devices as well.

According to OnePlus, the camera will employ Sony’s new 48MP LYT-808 camera and will come with a 3x telephoto periscope lens. A 2K OLED display with a peak brightness of 2,600 nits is also included, as is Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU.
